Shazza

Shazza is a Ni-Vanuatu singer and songwriter who found her voice at a very young age, growing up in a musically rich family and environment. She began singing at just five years old, and over time, music became more than a passion — it became her way of expressing stories, emotions, and real life experiences. Her love for songwriting was influenced by poetry during her time studying in New Zealand, a creative spark she carried back home to Vanuatu. There, she became part of the local music scene, performing backup vocals and contributing her own verses with WIRED, now known as Palm Tree Studios — a chapter that helped shape her confidence and artistic identity. Shazza’s journey as a solo artist truly began when she connected with Kele Productions, where she was mentored by Mantis and Noble. Surrounded by guidance, encouragement, and creative freedom, she released her first original song and music video in 2023 — a moment that marked the beginning of her own musical path. In 2024, Shazza released her debut EP and received the opportunity to perform internationally at the Bonfire Festival in the Solomon Islands through ABC Pacific Break. Her music blends Afro and Kompa rhythms with a deep love for R&B, inspired by life, love, and growth. Grounded in gratitude and faith, Shazza continues to write, sing, and evolve — sharing her light, her story, and her journey through music.
